Subscription Terms

Our monthly subscription plans provide guaranteed monthly shipments of the specific product purchased. The subscription fee is reflective of the subscription package purchased per month, billed on the same date each month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

Payment

The first payment is due upon subscription sign-up. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method on the same date each month. We accept major credit cards. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3 business days. If payment fails again, your subscription will be paused until payment is received.

Subscription Changes

You may modify your subscription (e.g., change delivery address, update payment method) at any time by logging into your account or contacting customer service. Changes to subscription will take effect on the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received at least 2 business days before your next billing date to prevent charges for the upcoming month. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service or for months in which you did not use the subscription. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions in cases of policy violation or suspected fraud.

Reactivation

You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time, subject to current rates and terms. Reactivation may not reinstate previous pricing or accumulated benefits.

Price and Terms Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified via email at least 30 days before any changes take effect. Changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notification period.

Delivery

Subscriptions including physical products will be shipped according to our standard shipping policy. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct and up-to-date.

Account Security
