Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this to track your package's progress.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or countries outside of the US.

Order Issues

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information. For any other issues, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
