Return Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items if you received a defective product or if we made an error in your order. Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange.

Damaged Items in Transit

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exceptions

Special orders or custom products may not be returnable. Please inquire before placing orders for these items if you have concerns.We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge a restocking fee in cases where products show signs of use or the return policy has been abused.
